Cushman & Wakefield has completed a round of promotions in its Boston office, including the promotion of Mark Mulvey to executive managing director.

An 18-year industry veteran, Mulvey represents corporate clients, including office, R&D and manufacturing users, with a focus on suburban Boston's Route 495 North and Route 128 Central corridor. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 after previously serving as a senior managing director and principal with Cassidy Turley.

Additionally in brokerage, Christopher Walsh has been promoted to senior director on the Cambridge brokerage team, Blake Baldwin has been elevated to director within the firm's north suburban brokerage group and Kevin McNamara has been named a senior associate.

In senior housing capital markets, longtime company veteran Rick Swartz has been appointed to the position of vice chair. Swartz originally joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 as a managing director and principal, and in 2007 opened the firm's Boston office. In 2011, he launched the company's senior housing capital markets group.

In project & development services, Jim Davis and Joel Schur have been promoted to vice president. The pair have 12 and 25 years of construction experience, respectively, with Schur overseeing more than 12 million square feet of development in his career.

In valuation & advisory, Craig Segien has been appointed to director. Segien joined the valuation and advisory group in 2014, and has assessed and valued more than $16 billion of real estate.

In capital markets, Ross Fishman has been elevated to senior associate, and Jack Ingham has been promoted to associate. Both Fishman and Ingham joined the firm in 2016 as members of the capital markets team, with a focus on investment sales and recapitalizations of assets in the Greater Boston market.
