Cushman & Wakefield tapped Stuart Rienhoff as a senior director in the firm's Baltimore brokerage services practice group.
In his new role, Rienhoff will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation for clients throughout Maryland.
A 27-year industry veteran, Rienhoff previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a managing director with a concentration on tenant representation and agency leasing for office and flex space. Previous stops also include Cassidy Turley and Colliers Pinkard, where he worked for more than 23 years.
In his career, Rienhoff has represented a number of major corporations, institutional real estate owners and regional companies in Baltimore, including Clifton Larson Allen, Lockheed Martin, The Howard Hughes Corporation and Johnson, Mirmiran and Thompson.
Rienhoff earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
