Looking to expand its investor service platform in Boston, Cushman & Wakefield has hired accomplished commercial real estate veteran Pete Rogers as a director within the firm's capital markets group.

Rogers has more than 10 years of capital markets experience with expertise across all asset types and structures including joint ventures and recapitalizations.

He spent the last three years as a vice president in Eastdil Secured's Boston office, and has also spent time in the real estate lending groups at US Bank and Bank Rhode Island. In his career, Rogers has been involved in more than $15 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions.

"Pete’s broad experience across both the debt and equity markets fills a key role as we continue to build out our Boston capital markets team," said Peter Joseph, vice chair of capital markets.
