Cushman & Wakefield recruited Thomas Fioretti, Bill Starcevich and Jim Becker, all project management professionals, for Cushman's Corporate Occupier & Investors Services Group in Chicago.
Thomas Fioretti was named senior managing director and Midwest leader of the project management group. Fioretti is a former Grub & Ellis Project Management Group managing director. He has more than 30 years of
commercial real estate experience, including six years of running his own independent firm, Fioretti Associates Inc. Fioretti graduated from Western Illinois University.
Starcevich was hired as a managing director. He was most recently a vice president and senior project manager at Grubb. He has more than two decades of experience and has a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Becker will serve as a project manager. He joined the group after working for Grubb. He graduated from Western Illinois University.
