Cummins Atlantic Buys Kenly Facility for $3.7M

Cummins Atlantic, a local manufacturer and distributor of diesel engines, purchased the facility at 350 Cummins Drive in Kenly, NC, from the Walthom Group for $3.65 million, or about $111 per square foot.
The 32,800-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 2003 on 10.7 acres in Johnston County. Walthom gave the 9-year tenant, Cummins Atlantic, an option to purchase the property. There were no brokers involved.
