Transwestern has promoted Kim Croley to senior vice president of national marketing and communications. She was also appointed to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Transwestern.
Croley has leadership responsibility for all of Transwestern's companies, including internal and external corporate communications, advertising and marketing services and media relationships.
Previously director of national marketing and communications with Transwestern, Croley has a total of 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising within the commercial real estate
industry. She worked at Transwestern from 1993 to 1999 before returning to the firm in 2005. Before leading the national marketing team at Transwestern, Croley was the firm’s regional marketing director of the Gulf Coast and Mountain areas. Prior to rejoining Transwestern, Croley was responsible for marketing and advertising for both the global services as well as the development and investment divisions for Trammell Crow Co.’s Houston office.
