Crescent Real Estate Holdings, a Fort Worth, TX-based real estate company owned by Goff Capital and Barclays Capital, promoted Joseph Pitchford to managing director.
In his new position, Pitchford will be responsible for expanding Crescent's development capabilities and will oversee the development of the 530,000-square-foot, 21-story McKinney & Olive office tower in Uptown Dallas and the 633,000-square-foot, 30-story 6 Houston Center office tower in Houston's central business district. Since joining the firm in 2006, Pitchford has had a hand in the development of a number of Crescent projects, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences in Dallas and 3883 Hughes Center in Las Vegas.
A 25-year industry veteran, Pitchford is the former chairman and a current board member of Uptown Dallas Inc. He is also currently on the board of ULI Transportation, McKinney Avenue Transit Authority (MATA), and The Real Estate Council.
Pitchford graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in architecture and earned an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
In addition to Pitchford, Crescent promoted eight other individuals to round out its leadership team.
will be responsible for planning and budgeting, monitoring and reporting on financial and operational results, and preparing financial models as vice president of finance. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has been with Crescent since 2004.
will be responsible for managing the overall timeline, progress and development budget for the McKinney & Olive project as vice president of development. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and has been with Crescent since 1999.
will be responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and managing existing assets, including Canyon Ranch and Desert Mountain, as vice president of investments. He is a graduate of Southwestern University and earned an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Dyer joined Crescent in 2004.
will join Dyer as a vice president of investments. He will also evaluate new investment opportunities, as well as oversee and manage existing assets including Tahoe, Colorado Mountains, Denver land and The Ritz Residences. He earned his bachelor's degree and MBA from The University of Texas at Arlington and originally joined Crescent in 2004. He left the firm in 2006 before returning in 2009.
will be responsible for all legal matters of Crescent as the vice president of corporate counsel. He is a graduate of Texas Christian University and earned his Juris Doctor from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. Lombardi joined Crescent in 2010.
will be responsible for the design and construction of new and existing commercial developments, including McKinney & Olive and 6 Houston Center, as vice president of construction. He will also be responsible for capital improvements to existing assets. Novelli graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and joined Crescent in 2007. He left the firm in 2009 before returning in 2011.
will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, IT support and infrastructure systems as vice president of IT. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has been with Crescent since 2005.
will head up a team responsible for full general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation as vice president of accounting. She is a graduate of Baylor University and has been with Crescent since 2001.
