Post Oak Houston Real Estate Holding Inc., an international investing real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse AG, acquired 777 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston, TX, from Gateway Ridgecrest Inc. for an undisclosed price.
The nine-story, 176,776-square-foot, Class A
office building was built in 1972 and renovated in 1998. The structure is on 2.28 acres in the Galleria/Uptown submarket and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Robert Williamson and Rusty Tamlyn of HFF represented the seller. Cory Chaffin, also of HFF, represented the buyer in the acquisition financing. Credit Suisse AG was advised by Lacy Ltd., an international real estate investment and advisory firm based in Washington, DC.
