Cousins Buys Dallas Office Tower for $59.2 Million

Former San Jacinto Tower Trades in Foreclosure Auction

Cousins Properties, an Atlanta-based investor and developer, acquired the property at 2100 Ross Ave. in the Arts District of Dallas, TX, for $59.2 million or about $68 per square foot, as a result of a foreclosure auction.

The 33-story office building was constructed in 1982, renovated in 2006 and consists of 866,709 square feet. The Class A structure, formerly known as San Jacinto Tower, features on-site management, security system, restaurant and dry cleaner. The Moinian Group previously owned the property.
