Cotter Ranch Tower Up for Grabs in Downtown Oklahoma City

CBRE Hired to Shop 36-Story Office Tower as Urban Repositioning Opportunity

Cotter & Sons, Inc. has retained CBRE to shop the 507,682-square-foot Cotter Ranch Tower at 100 N. Broadway Ave. in Oklahoma City as an urban repositioning opportunity.

Also known as Chase Tower, the 36-story office building stands as the second-tallest building in downtown Oklahoma City. The property is currently 58 percent leased to mix of local and regional tenants, including Hall Estill Hardwick Gable Golden, Globe Life and Accident Insurance, and the Petroleum Club of Oklahoma.

Amy Dunn, Jim Austin, Thomas Lange and Eric Mackey of CBRE’s Capital Markets group are representing the owner, San Antonio-based Cotter Offices.

The building offers direct access to The Underground, a series of connecting tunnels and skywalks in the city. The asking sales price was not disclosed.
