Double Black Diamond Properties LLC acquired the
office building at 10150 Meanley Dr. in San Diego, CA from PacVentures, Inc., an investment company, for $10.4 million, or about $171 per square foot.
The office building delivered in 2001 in the Scripps Ranch Tech Park. Building C totals 60,850 square feet and is currently leased to Paychex, Inc. on the second floor.
Brandon Keith of Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer. Jed Stirnkorb, Brent Wright, and Matt Pourcho with CBRE represented the seller.
