National Retail Properties LP, a Florida-based real estate investment firm, purchased the retail building at 6103 Landmark Center Blvd. in Greensboro, NC from Copeland Realty, Inc. for $8.55 million, or about $70 per square foot.
The 122,000-square-foot, big-box retail building was constructed in 1998 and is fully occupied by a large crafting and retail chain, Garden Ridge.
Jeff Nimmer of Kotis Properties, Inc. and Tony Yousif of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house by NNN Acquisitions.
