Chick-fil-A acquired the Bennigan's restaurant at 3590 NW River Rapids Dr. in Coon Rapids, MN from Den-way, Inc. for $2.05 million, or about $289 per square foot.
The single-story, 7,104-square-foot retail building was built in 2000 in the Coon Rapids submarket of Anoka County.
The Cassidy Turley team of Jennifer Pelant and Molly Townsend represented Den-way in the sale.
