Conde Nast Offering 330,000 SF for Sublease at 1WTC

Publisher Looking to Vacate Seven Floors

Conde Nast, an American mass media company, will offer seven full floors of its existing space at 1 World Trade Center in New York City for long-term sublease.

The space available for lease totals 330,000 square feet spanning floors 36 to 42 in the 104-story, 3.21 million-square-foot, 5-Star office tower. Currently, the company occupies 1.2 million square feet in a contiguous block in a lower portion of the building.

Conde Nast was one of the first major tenants to sign on to the building as it was under construction.

JLL’s Brett Harvey, Steven Rotter, Peter Riguardi and Andrew Coe have been retained by Conde Nast to market its space for sublease.
