Concur Relocates HQ, Leases 122,742 SF in Bellevue

Travel and Expense Software Maker Signs 10-Year Deal
June 21, 2012
Concur Technologies Inc., the travel and expense software maker, signed a lease for 122,742 square feet at 601 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue, WA.

The 22-story office building totals 477,899 square feet and is known as Key Center. Wright Runstad & Co. developed the property in 2000 and it is currently owned by Kilroy Realty Corp. The tower also received a LEED Gold certification in 2009 by the U.S. Green Building Council and an Energy Star Label in 2007-2010 for its operating efficiency, according to CoStar information.

The tenant confirmed that it will occupy the building on or around May 1, 2013. Concur Technologies will relocate from 18400 NE Union Hill Road in Redmond where it occupied about 99,945 square feet. The firm's new Bellevue headquarters will be about 8.5 miles from its current home.

"As part of our search criteria, we wanted to ensure we had a centrally-located headquarters facility that would support our growth and provide a great work environment for Concur employees," said Scott Torrey, Concur's executive vice president of operations.

Eric Postle and Leo Backer of Washington Partners represented the tenant, while Paul Sweeney and Jason Furr of Broderick Group represented Kilroy Realty.
