Commercial Property Southwest Florida, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate, is moving its office from 13241 University Drive, Suite 101 in Fort Myers, FL, to 12800 University Drive, Suite 401 effective October 1. The firm will occupy 4,609 square feet on the fourth floor.
The 132,500-square-foot class A office building is six stories tall and is located in University Park. It was constructed in 1990 in the South Fort Myers/San Carlos submarket.
Gary Tasman, executive director, said that the firm has seen significant growth over the last year and the new, expanded space will give Commercial Property Southwest Florida the room required to continue its expansion plans.
Commercial Property Southwest Florida provides marketing services and transaction negotiation for landlords, tenants, buyers, property owners and investors. The firm also offers consulting services in land acquisition, disposition and development, distressed asset assistance and market research and reporting.
