ComScore signed a long-term lease for 24,150 square feet in the
office building at 7 Penn Plaza. Occupancy is scheduled for the first quarter of 2013.
The 18-story building totals 368,000 square feet and was built in 1921. It is located in the Penn Plaza/Garment District on Seventh Ave between 30th and 31st Streets.
