Colvill Office Properties appointed Michael Anderson as an executive vice president with equity partnership in the firm. The former vice president has a dozen years of industry experience in office leasing and is based in Houston.
Before Colvill, Anderson served was a director of leasing at Hines and a leasing representative at Transwestern. Since joining in 2004, the University of Texas grad has leased more than 5 million square feet of
office space.
Some of his largest deals of note include 219,000 square feet for Sterling Bank, 217,595 square feet for Transcontinental Gas Pipeline, 202,612 square feet for Waste Management and 196,022 square feet for Pride International.
