Estus has been working in the real estate industry for 25 years and specializes in industrial properties. He has handled more than 400 transactions including large lease deals totaling 716,318 square feet for Kimberly Clark, 694,367 square feet for LTD commodities, and 592,672 square feet for UTI Integrated Logistics.
Florent specializes in office landlord representation and is also part of the property management team. He has handled more than 500 transactions in the last 10 years. Some of his clients have included BPG Properties, Colony Realty Partners, and Highland Management Associates.
Regnery is an industrial services professional and worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia in New York prior to working at Colliers. He has completed deals for notable tenants such as Best Buy and Bridgestone.
Rodeno is a member of the industrial advisory group. As one of the company's top 10% producers in North America, he has been designated as an Everest Award Winner by Colliers. He has represented ML Realty Partners, Bank of America, and Sherwin-Williams.
Senner advises corporations, institutions, lenders, and entrepreneurs with the development of their real estate strategies. He also specializes in the "adaptive reuse" of properties. Some of Senner's clients have included Ametek Inc., Sara Lee, and the YMCA.
