Colliers International continued its aggressive growth strategy by acquiring a controlling interest in The Winbury Group in Kansas City. The firm will now operate as Colliers International | Kansas City and becomes the ninth local CRE firm in the US to be acquired and rebranded as Colliers International over the past year.

Based in Kansas City, The Winbury Group also has an office in Lawrence, KS. It was founded in 1989 and currently has more than 100 employees and real estate advisors offering transaction, consulting, property and asset management services in addition to strategic planning expertise on behalf of both corporate and investment-grade clients. It had been a Grubb & Ellis affiliate company since 1997.
