Sidor Joins Cassidy Turley’s Boston Office

Carolyn J. Sidor joined Cassidy Turley as the new senior managing director of market development.
Sidor will head brokerage operations and the firm’s practice groups which involve data center solutions, health care, law firms, hospitality, food and beverage facilities, net lease investment properties
and life sciences. She is also responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s CRM team.
The seasoned professional was with Colliers International for four years, most recently as president of operations, USA, where she oversaw the integration of Colliers USA and FirstService Real Estate Advisors. Sidor also led regional marketing and business development teams at CBRE/New England and Insignia/ESG.

Norris Joins Colliers Int'l

Corporate real estate veteran Jeffrey Norris has joined Colliers International as a senior vice president and director of corporate services for the Indiana region.
Known for his customized approach towards major corporate clients such as Microsoft and Rolls Royce, Norris brings his 26 years of experience and Six Sigma approach to help clients save substantial funds while encouraging growth. His detailed preparation and tailored strategy allows his clients to adapt to the ever-changing nature of the industry. According to Norris, "If you're not always preparing for change, you're not prepared."
Glenn Davis, Collier's president and managing director, stated that Norris would bring a "tremendous Corporate Services background with strong organizational skills and leadership experience."
Hines Promotes Adams to VP of Property Management

Hines, the international real estate firm, promoted Todd Adams to vice president - property management at the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Since joining Hines in 1988, he has contributed to the leasing, management, acquisition and disposition of more than 15 million square feet of commercial properties. He is currently responsible for the operational oversight of the firm’s approximately 6 million square feet of space throughout Minnesota and Nebraska. As a member of the firm’s Midwest/Southeast/Canada Regional Core Management Group, Adams creates and leads policy and operational initiatives.
Chin Joins Kidder Mathews

Tim Chin joined Kidder Mathews' Bellevue office as a vice president.
He specializes in office properties, both as a tenant and a landlord representative, and will continue to do so at his new post.
Chin has been a commercial real estate broker for 17 years, spending the previous 15 years at Colliers International, most recently as senior vice president in Bellevue.
