CBRE Shuffles Leadership at Trammell Crow Company
and Global Asset Management Affiliates

CBRE Group, Inc. made several changes in the senior leadership ranks of its investment management and development services affiliates. Current CBRE Global Investors chief executive Matt Khourie will become CEO for CBRE's development services company, Trammell Crow Co. Replacing Khourie as CEO will be T. Ritson Ferguson, CBRE Global Investors' chief investment officer.

CBRE Promotes Pair to EVP in Chicago

CBRE has promoted Jon Springer and Matt Mulvihill (pictured, right) to executive vice president in the firm's Chicago office.

Springer is a member of CBRE’s tenant representation group, joining the firm in 2003 following the company's merger with Insignia/ESG. A member of CBRE's industrial and logistics services group, Mulvihill joined the firm in 2012.

Stream Realty Partners Taps Knudson to Lead National Industrial Mgmt Practice

Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners has hired Victoria Knudson as executive vice president of the firm's national industrial division. Knudson will expand Stream Realty's property management platform from the firm's new office in Chicago, which she will establish.

Knudson joins Stream Realty Partners from Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as senior managing director and leader of its national property management practice. She also worked as vice president of operations for the Central region at AMB Property Corp., and spent 15 years at Trammell Crow Co.

Kensington Vanguard Hires Carey as Sr EVP

Kensington Vanguard National Land Services has hired Donald Carey as a senior executive vice president with the firm's business development division in New York City. The industry veteran and son of former New York Governor Hugh Carey is a recognized leader in the public finance industry, having spent more than 15 years at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston

"Don has had and continues to have an extremely impressive career in the title insurance industry having exponentially grown his business spanning more than a decade with both Fidelity National Title and First American Title, two of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters," added Jarett Fein, co-chief executive of KV.



HOUSTON

Savills Studley Hires Kruger

Noah Kruger has joined Savills Studley as a managing director in its Houston office. In his new role, Kruger will look to develop and expand office and industrial business for the firm.

Kruger transitions to Savills Studley from Jackson Cooksey, where he served as a vice president. He began his career as an architectural consultant with Hellmuth Obata and Kassabaum before moving to Dell, Inc. Kruger earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of Houston.

    CINCINNATI

    Phillips Edison & Co Appoints Three VPs

    Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. has promoted David Wik, Derk Taylor and Paul Mittmann to regional vice president for the Southeast, Midwest and West, respectively.

    Wik and Taylor joined Phillips Edison in 2010 and have completed more than $6 billion in combined commercial real estate transactions. Mittmann has been with Phillips Edison since 2008. In his 15-year career, he has sourced and financed more than 25 million square feet of commercial space valued at over $4 billion.

    CBRE Raleigh Hires Gibson as SVP

    CBRE Raleigh has hired Brenda Gibson as a senior vice president of the firm's brokerage team.

    Gibson broke into the commercial real estate industry in 1985 and founded her own independent commercial real estate brokerage and consulting business in 2003. Past clients of hers include First Citizens Bank, Regions Bank, Morgan Keegan, Park Sterling Bank and Johnson, Hearn, Vinegar and Gee PLLC.



    SAN FRANCISCO

    JLL Appoints SVP of National Healthcare Practice

    JLL has hired Roger Herritz to serve in the newly-created role of senior vice president and national healthcare practice lead for the firm's project and development services (PDS) business.

    Herritz will see healthcare organizations through the development of new medical facilities, capital expense programs and the redevelopment or expansion of existing properties. He brings more than 30 years of project development and management experience to the firm, most recently with AEI, where he served as national director of healthcare business planning. Before that he spent 16 years with Erdman Co.
