ATLANTA

CPP Continues Expansion, Adds Four to Brokerage Group

Commercial Property Professionals (CPP), a full service brokerage firm, enhanced its brokerage group with the addition of four new hires in Atlanta, GA.

Stacie Vrooman will serve as president of property management. In her new position, she will manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties totaling more than 1.1 million square feet.

Vrooman previously served as vice president of property management at Oakmont Industrial Group. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo.

Christopher Little, Ben Johnson and Parker Stiles join the firm as associates.

Mohr Partners Promotes Beichler

Mohr Partners appointed Eric Beichler to oversee the firm's Dallas brokerage office. In his new role, Beichler will work to expand the Dallas office and its business development, and offer oversight and assistance for Dallas brokers.

Beichler has been with Mohr Properties for more than 21 years, originally joining the firm in 1993 and most recently serving as a managing principal. He is responsible for developing Mohr Partners’ global reach, and has handled transactions in five countries and more than 30 states.

Beichler is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

Hap Investments Names New CFO

HAP Investments LLC, an international real estate investment and development company based in New York, has hired Kfir M. Ribak as the firm’s next chief financial officer.

In his new role, Ribak will manage the company’s financial planning and work to strategize future growth and development.

Prior to joining HAP Investments, Ribak spent more than 10 years as an associate and partner at Citrin Cooperman where he specialized in accounting and tax issues pertaining to the real estate industry.

Eran Polack, CEO of HAP Investments, stated that, "We are pleased Mr. Ribak is joining HAP Investments. His experience and previous tactical work with our company will enable him to contribute to the growth of HAP Investments."



BALTIMORE

McCombs Joins WoodBine Senior Living

Daryl McCombs joined WoodBine Senior Living as a partner and chief investment officer (CIO). McCombs will steer WoodBine's acquisition, finance and business development objectives as the firm looks to significantly expand its current base of operations.

A 20-year industry veteran, McCombs previously worked at ARA Seniors Housing in Tampa, FL, where he provided real estate investment sales services. He has also worked as a mortgage banker with Red Capital Group.

WoodBine Senior Living is an Ellicott City, MD-based management and development company that owns, operates and consults for senior living owners and developers all along the East Coast.



RALEIGH / DURHAM

CBRE Raleigh Bolsters Industrial Group

CBRE Raleigh appointed Bryan Everett as first vice president of the firm's industrial services team. In his new position, Everett will broker industrial transactions on behalf of both tenants and landlords.

Everett has spent the majority of his 15-year career in the industrial sector, working with a number of third-party logistics, manufacturing and distribution companies throughout central and eastern North Carolina.

Everett earned a bachelor's degree in agriculture business management from North Carolina State University.



EAST BAY

Transwestern Names East Bay VP

Transwestern has brought in former Cassidy Turley associate Tyler Brown to help lead the firm's tenant advisory and landlord agency team as vice president.

Operating out of the Walnut Creek office, Brown will assist office, medical and life science tenants and landlords in the Walnut Creek, Tri-Valley and greater East Bay submarkets.

Brown joins Transwestern after three-plus years in Cassidy Turley's Pleasanton office, where he recently brokered transactions on behalf of OnDemand Therapeutics and Empowered Chiropractic. A 10-year industry veteran, he has closed more than 120 transactions totaling more than $150 million with a focus on the sale and leasing of office, research and development and flex space in the Tri-Valley area.



DALLAS / FT. WORTH

Henry S. Miller Promotes Kommer

Henry S. Miller promoted Lane Kommer to vice president of investments - land division in the Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Working at Henry S. Miller for five years, Kommer has been a Top Ten Monthly Producer and a Top Ten Yearly Producer in 2013 and 2014. He represents clients in acquiring and selling all types of real estate classes with a concentration on high density redevelopment, REO sales and multifamily and land sales.

Kommer is a graduate of Arizona State University.



DENVER

NorthMarq Capital Promotes Link

NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office promoted David Link to managing director. He will now manage borrowing and lending relationships for the office and direct the execution of equity and debt solutions for commercial real estate transactions.

Link has more than a decade of experience at NorthMarq, closing equity and debt transactions with a total capitalized value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Link holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's Degree in real estate from the University of Denver. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.



DALLAS / FT. WORTH

Crescent Taps New Managing Director, Promotes Eight

Crescent Real Estate Holdings, a Fort Worth, TX-based real estate company owned by Goff Capital and Barclays Capital, promoted Joseph Pitchford to managing director.

In his new position, Pitchford will be responsible for expanding Crescent's development capabilities and will oversee the development of several office towers across the state. He has aided the company in numerous development projects since joining the firm in 2006.

Pitchford graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in architecture and earned an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

In addition to Pitchford, Crescent promoted eight other individuals to round out its leadership team:

WASHINGTON DC

WPC Hires Mulhern

Washington Property Co., a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Bethesda, MD, hired John Mulhern as its construction manager.

In his new role, Mulhern will supervise all construction-related contract functions including renovations to WPC’s existing commercial buildings as well as new multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Mulhern brings more than 25 years of construction management experience, having worked most recently at NTVI Enterprises LLC as program director. He has also worked at The Donohoe Cos., where he oversaw three high-rise projects totaling more than 1 million square feet and 750 residential units.



PHOENIX

Sweetland Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Paul Sweetland, SIOR joined Cushman & Wakefield as a senior director for the Phoenix office's industrial division. In his new role, Sweetland will advise Sky Harbor and Southwest submarkets.

Sweetland was previously at Cassidy Turley. Throughout his career, which includes stints at Voit Real Estate, Colliers International, and Sweetland Industrial, he has completed more than 400 transactions that have exceeded over $350 million.

Sweetland received his real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate, and holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.



GREENVILLE / SPARTANBURG

Colliers Promotes Butler

Kim Butler at Colliers International has been promoted to director of office property management in the firm's Columbia, SC office.

In her new role, Butler will oversee management of Colliers office properties, and will be responsible for strengthening the firm's portfolios state-wide.

Butler joined Colliers in 2006 as a commercial property manager, and six years later she was promoted to senior property manager.



NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

Horning Joins NAI as Senior Associate

NAI James E. Hanson has hired Randy Horning as a senior sales associate in the firm's Hackensack, NJ office.

Horning brings seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having previously worked for LB Commercial Realty in Closter, NJ as a broker associate and assistant manager. While at LB Commercial, Horning specialized in office, retail, industrial and investment sales and facilitated over 100 commercial lease and sales transactions, managing a team of seven associates.

"With Randy’s experience and level of expertise on both the tenant and landlord side of commercial real estate, he is a natural fit for NAI Hanson’s highly successful healthcare team," said Bill Hanson, president at NAI Hanson.
