Griffin Partners, iCORE Global Expand Leadership Team

Griffin Partners in Houston hired Gary F. Dahse as an executive vice president. He will focus on new business development activities in the third party property management and leasing arena as Griffin expands its services in Texas and the Southwest.
Dahse was also named a managing partner for Griffin’s strategic partnership with iCORE Global for tenant services worldwide. In this capacity he will oversee sales management and broker recruitment for the tenant services practice within the state.
The 25-year
commercial real estate veteran is a property management and investment brokerage specialist. He started with the Horne Co. in the mid-1980s and later built a large management, leasing and brokerage practice as a partner of Rubloff Inc. in Chicago. When Koll Co. purchased Rubloff, Dahse managed Koll’s 21 million-square-foot portfolio in 14 cities with 400 workers. He’s recruited more than 115 brokers in the Southwest during his career.

Johnson Capital Appoints New Managing Director

Johnson Capital appointed Darren Fisk as the new managing director of the Denver office. Fisk will lead business efforts in the mountain region.
The licensed Colorado real estate broker specializes in commercial real estate finance and joined Johnson Capital 2004. Prior to Johnson Capital, he worked with Realty Funding Group LLC, a company that owned, financed and managed apartment units nationwide.
