NEW YORK CITY
Stribling-Kivlan Named President of Stribling Assoc.

Stribling & Associates promoted Elizabeth Ann Stribling-Kivlan to president in its New York office. Her new responsibilities will include supervision of all the day-to-day operations and business expansion and development of the firm. Stribling-Kivlan's previous positions within the firm include sales director of Stribling's downtown office and executive vice president of marketing and business development, a role she has held since 2006.
Elizabeth Stribling, her mother, who founded the firm in 1980, will assume the role of chairman. Kirk Henckels, head of Stribling's luxury arm, Stribling Private Brokerage, is also taking the position of vice chairman of Stribling & Associates.
Stribling-Kivlan, 33, has been instrumental in the growth of the firm in recent years and spearheaded the expansion of Stribling to Brooklyn, where they will be opening their fourth New York City office in early 2013 at 384 Atlantic Ave.

LANE4 Property Group Promoted Locher

LANE4 Property Group Inc. promoted Gwen Locher to managing principal.
The former vice president joined LANE4 in 2008 and specializes in property management. She previously worked for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, U.S. Bank as a business banking officer and CBRE.
Locher has grown the property management team from two employees up to 19. The group’s management portfolio now exceeds 2.5 million square feet of retail, office, medical and GSA assignments space.
Mattox, Thomas Move To Cushman & Wakefield-Thalhimer

James Mattox and Ty Thomas joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Raleigh, where the two former Lincoln Harris brokers will be responsible for expanding the firm's retail services platform.
Mattox has handled site selection for a number of local, regional, and national retailers, restaurants and developers. Prior to Lincoln Harris, Mattox was a senior associate at Trammell Crow Co., and was also previously a director of leasing at Hunter and associates. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University, and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC, and is a candidate for CCIM.
Thomas has provided leasing and marketing services to retail property owners and tenants for the past 13 years, including outparcel sales, tenant representation, and big box leasing. Prior to Lincoln Harris, Thomas served as project leasing leader for retail services at Hunter & Associates.

Hochberg To Lead Lightstone Group

Mitchell Hochberg, who joined Lightstone Group earlier this year, was recently named as the company's new president. He will replace retiring president Chip Owen Jr. in 2013. Hochberg, who brings more than 30 years of real estate investment and development experience, will oversee the company’s investment strategies.
Hochberg founded and was president of Spectrum Communities for more than 20 years. He was also president and COO of Ian Schrager Company, which manages and develops hotels and residences. Hochberg was a principle at Madden Real Estate Ventures, which merged with Lightstone Group earlier this year.
Hochberg serves as chairman of the board of directors of Orleans Homebuilders, Inc., as well as on the board of directors of Orient Express Hotels Ltd.
