Lee & Associates promoted senior associate Mary Kay Bier to shareholder. Bier is a 20-year commercial real estate
veteran who joined Lee’s North San Diego County office three years ago. She focuses on tenant and buyer representation of flex/R&D, industrial, office and retail buildings.
“The main thing that distinguishes Lee & Associates from other brokerage houses is the ability to earn your way into ownership and share in the company’s profits,” said David Howard, president of Lee--North San Diego County. “As one of our office’s top earning brokers, Mary Kay personifies the values that are required of a new shareholder and she has certainly earned this esteemed designation.”
