ATLANTA
JLL Taps Gastineau as Managing Director

Jones Lang LaSalle promoted Shan Gastineau to managing director in Atlanta. Previously a senior vice president, Gastineau will work under Guy Ponticiello's direction to serve corporate and single-tenant investor clients in the eastern U.S.

He has completed deals for investors and occupiers totaling more than $300 million. Gastineau joined JLL during the Staubach Co. merger in 2008 but had been with Staubach since 2002. Prior to the merger, Gastineau was vice president of LCI, a facilities management firm, where he helped grow the market from three cities to 24 markets.

LOS ANGELES
NAI Capital Expands CA Offices

NAI Capital boosted its brokerage services with nine new hires throughout its Southern California offices.

Robert M. Davis joined NAI Capital’s Orange County office from advisory positions at CBRE and Grubb & Ellis. In his new role as senior vice president, Davis will continue to concentrate on office investments and leasing. More.

Voit Hires 2 SVPs

Voit Real Estate Services expanded its Roseville/Sacramento office with two new senior brokers.

Jon Walker (pictured left) joined the firm as senior vice president. He was with Grubb & Ellis for 17 years and specializes in lease and sale office transactions.

Tom Bacci (right) was also appointed senior vice president. He also specialized in office market for more than 20 years with Grubb.




NEW YORK CITY
Ladder Capital Taps Mazzei as Managing Director

Ladder Capital Finance named Michael Mazzei as managing director in its New York office. Mazzei will serve as the global head of the CMBS and Bank Loan Syndications Group.

Mazzei was previously with Bank of America and has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets. He will play an important role as Ladder continues to expand its asset management business.

Mazzei received his JD from St. John’s University and his bachelor’s degree in finance from Baruch College. He is also a graduate of the NYU Real Estate Institute.



NEW YORK CITY
Studley Promotes Holzman

Studley promoted Zev Holzman, Esq. to corporate managing director of its New York City office. Holzman specializes in providing strategic, advisory and transaction management. A lawyer himself, Holzman will help Studley focus on new business development in the legal and financial service industries.

Holzman was with The Staubach Co. prior to joining Studley as associate director, and also held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Newmark Knight Frank. He has worked in commercial real estate with clients including The World Gold Council, Kindon Capital, Duval & Stachenfeld, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., among others.



NEW YORK CITY
Rockefeller Group Hires MacEachron

Daniel MacEachron has joined Rockefeller Group Development Corp. as chief operating officer in the New York, NY, headquarters office at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.

MacEachron has, for more than 20 years, held positions in Houston, New York, San Francisco and New Delhi, India, with Hines. He has also worked for The Yarmouth Group, BPT Properties and First Boston Corp.
