Avison Young in Pittsburgh has hired Kevin Clarke as a senior vice president in the firm's property management division.
Clarke brings 29 years of experience, having previously worked for Newmark Grubb Frank as an accounts director of management services, handling property, asset, facilities and portfolio management services across all property types while developing and managing a sustainability platform.
Clarke has a bachelor's degree in environmental science from California University of Pennsylvania. He holds an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of ULI, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, the Green Building Alliance, and serves as president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of BOMA.
