The City of Seneca has acquired the Propex Fabrics Facility located at 320 Shiloh Rd. in Seneca, SC from Propex Operating Company LLC for $2.115 million, just $5 per square foot.
The single-story, 423,000-square-foot industrial building was built in 1968 and renovated in 1991. The city is expected to lease out the property as an investment.
There was no brokerage representation on either side of the sale.
