Jones Lang LaSalle deepened its brokerage bench in San Francisco with the addition of Jak Churton as managing director.
The 13-year
commercial real estate veteran specializes in representing both tenants and
office space owners in the San Francisco Bay area. He previously worked at CBRE as a managing director. Churton advises national and regional law firms and global financial services and insurance firms.
“Throughout his career, Jak has helped companies confidently analyze and successfully implement often complex strategies in order to make more informed decision-making within their real estate portfolios. He will be an excellent resource for our Northern California teams as well as our clients in the region,” said Elizabeth Hearle, JLL’s market director for the Pacific Northwest.
He is a licensed real estate broker in California. Churton is a triathlete and a member of San Francisco’s South End Rowing Club and USA Triathlon.
