The Christmas Tree Shop Express leased 20,000 square feet for 10 years at the Westfield Meriden Shopping Center in Meriden, CT. It plans to move into the
retail space at 470-472 Lewis Ave. this September just in time for the upcoming holiday season.
Located in the heart of central Connecticut, the Westfield Meriden is near Interstate 691 between major cities New Haven and Hartford. Built in 1971 and renovated in 1988, the shopping center is home to major retailers such as Best Buy, Macy's and Sears.
