Tim Chin joined Kidder Mathews' Bellevue office as a vice president. He specializes in office properties, both as a tenant and a landlord representative, and will continue to do so at his new post.

commercial real estate broker for 17 years, spending the previous 15 years at Colliers International, most recently as senior vice president in Bellevue.
