Centrisys Corp Pays $1.2M for Kenosha Manufacturing Facility

Centrisys Corporation, a California-based wastewater treatment solutions company, acquired the manufacturing facility at 9535 58th Pl. in Kenosha, WI for $1.15 million, or about $60 per square foot.

The 19,224-square-foot industrial property was purchased to serve a partnership between Centrisys Corp. and SH+E Gruppe, a German company that manufactures systems that use waste as fuel for power generation.

David Barry and Kevin Barry with Cassidy Turley Barry represented the buyer and the seller, Klein-Dickert Milwaukee, Inc.
