Central Park Goes High-Tech

4 Companies to Occupy Lisle Office Building

Duke-Weeks Realty Corp., the nation's largest mixed office/industrial real estate company, has signed lease agreements with 3 high-tech companies and 1 office solutions provider for the 306,346-square-foot Central Park of Lisle II (CPOL II) office facility. Lucent Public Safety Systems, represented by Frank Franzese of Cushman & Wakefield, leased 57,180 square feet on the 4th and 5th floors. Infinium Software Inc., represented by David Miller and Suzanne Rose of Trammell Crow Co., leased 14,496 square feet of space on the 5th floor. Hyperion Solutions, represented by Thomas Volini and Sven Sykes of U.S. Equities Realty, leased 30,213 square feet on the 3rd floor, and 26,325 square feet on the 2nd floor was leased to VANTAS Officing Solutions, represented by Jason Streepy of Trammell Crow. Cyndi Neubauer and Ryan O'Leary represented Duke-Weeks in all four transactions. As the second phase of the master-planned Central Park of Lisle business park, the 8-story building's design incorporates high-tech communication, data, and network capabilities.
