Built in 1974 and 1974, the two-story apartment buildings at 4341, 4342, 4349, 4350 Elvira Place and 4336 and 4339 Ferdinanda Place total 28,752 square feet. The unit mix is comprised of 24 two-bedroom/1.5-bathroom townhome style units.
