|Synergy founder Rich Harris to lead Cassidy Turley office as managing principal.|
Washington, D.C.-based Cassidy Turley enhanced its capabilities in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, known collectively as the Research Triangle, with the acquisition of Morrisville, NC-based commercial real estate
services firm Synergy Commercial Advisors.
One of the leading tenant representation and corporate services firms in the area, Synergy will relocate to Cassidy Turley's current office at 3110 Edwards Mill Rd. in Raleigh.
Heading up the office will be Rich Harris, who founded Synergy in 2008 and is one of the region's top representation brokers. He will be joined by former Synergy colleagues Doug Cook, Jim Flink, Mac Hammer, Robert Hoyt, Jerry Levit, Ryan Toland and Ben Litke.
"My entire team is thrilled to now be part of Cassidy Turley. Beyond tenant representation and corporate services, this move allows us to offer clients an expanded geographic reach and a full-service platform - including best in class capital markets, property management and project and development services," said Harris.
Harris will step into the role of managing principal, allowing current Cassidy Turley senior vice president David Finger to shift his focus back to capital markets in the Carolinas.
