Cassidy Turley
Commercial Real Estate Services in Tampa, FL named Ron Ruffner as a senior vice president. Ruffner played an instrumental role in establishing Cassidy Turley's office in Tampa, and has recently completed a major expansion and renewal of the headquarters for OSI Restaurant Partners.
Ruffner, previously a vice president at Carter & Associates, is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He was responsible for directing the leasing efforts of approximately 1.5 million square feet of Class A
office space at Corporate Center, International Plaza and Hidden River Corporate Park.
Ron earned his bachelor's in mass communications at the University of South Florida and serves on the board of directors of NAIOP's Tampa Bay Chapter.
