Tampa-based CLW Real Estate Services Group became the latest former independent real estate firm to join Cassidy Turley.
Under the agreement, CLW principals Doug Rothschild and Lou Varsames will become executive managing directors of Cassidy Turley, and its Tampa office will combine with CLW's existing operations, which include 20 brokerage professionals and approximately 100 total employees.
In addition to expanding its presence in Florida, including CLW's office in Orlando and Jacksonville, CT said the merger also bolsters its tenant representation and corporate services lines. Although based in Tampa, it derived 60% of its brokerage business from representing office and industrial tenants and handling corporate services activity outside of Florida.
