The Beck Randolph C & TA Trust sold the car wash facility at 2110 41st Ave. in Capitola, CA. The long time tenant, Masters Car Wash, purchased it for $2.7 million, or about $1,689 per square foot.
The 1,599-square-foot retail building was constructed in 1976 and sits on a little more than one acre in Santa Cruz County.
The buyer and seller were both self-represented.
