Capital Bank acquired its branch at 7705 Carpenter Fire Station Road in Cary, NC, from Terry Poythress for $2.9 million or $727 per square foot.
The single-story, 3,990 square-foot retail building was built in 2009.
Andrew Margulies of Marcus & Millichap was the reported broker on the deal.
