Commercial mortgage brokerage professionals Michael A. Cantwell and Brady O'Donnell joined CBRE as executive vice presidents. The Denver-based brokers will serve the needs of investors throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Cantwell was a co-founding partner and O'Donnell was a principal with Johnson Capital of Colorado, a local mortgage banking firm. Cantwell has nearly three decades of mortgage banking and
commercial real estate experience, including prior service with CBRE's predecessor company. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
O'Donnell was a national top producer at Johnson Capital. He specialized in structuring multifamily and commercial investment property debt and equity. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
CBRE also agreed to acquire a portion of Johnson Capital's loan servicing portfolio owned by the Denver office.
In addition to Cantwell and O'Donnell, David Treadwell will join CBRE. Treadwell was a placekicker for the Denver Broncos and New York Giants from 1989 to 1994 and worked at Johnson Capital with Cantwell on multiple assignments. He has a degree from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from Denver College of Law.
