Chris A. Milner has joined Cantor
Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) in Manhattan as a managing director to lead the firm's expansion into investment management.
With 20 plus years of experience in commercial real estate, Milner spent 14 years at BlackRock where he was a co-founder and global head of that firm's commercial real estate debt business and president of its Carbon Capital series of private real estate debt funds.
Prior to that, Milner held several positions at PNC Real Estate Capital Markets, where he co-founded the CMBS program and was responsible for origination, underwriting and securitization of all commercial mortgage conduit production, as well as resolving distressed commercial real estate loans. He was also a member of the PNC's mergers and acquisition teams that acquired BlackRock and Midland Loan Services.
CCRE, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, is a commercial real estate finance company that originates fixed- and floating-rate mortgages and mezzanine loans secured by CRE assets in major U.S. markets.
