CallSocket leased about 28,654 square feet on the second floor in the Market Square North
office building located at 1301-1355 Market St. in San Francisco, CA. CallSocket will be joining Twitter, who signed a lease early last year.
The 11-story, 751,000-square-foot, office property, was purchased by Shorenstein Properties, LLC last year. It is currently under renovation and is said to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2012.
Stephen Chaitin of CBRE Group's Downtown San Francisco Office represented CallSocket, while Shorenstein Properties, LLC utilized Jim Collins and Tom McDonnell as their in-house representation.
