The purpose of the CoStar Power Broker Awards is to recognize exceptional sales and leasing performance by third-party brokerage firms and individuals. To be considered for a CoStar Power Broker award, firms must be primarily in the business of providing third-party brokerage, either as a tenant or buyer representative, a landlord or seller representative, or both. Specifically, the awards are for those that compete for the right to represent properties or tenants through listing or representation agreements, and have no direct ownership in the properties or firms they represent.

To qualify for a CoStar Power Broker Award and ensure your 2012 sales and leasing achievements are accurately represented in our rankings, you must report all of your completed sales and lease transactions -- including lease renewals. Click here

To be considered for a CoStar Power Broker Award, please ensure CoStar has the required information for all of your transactions that closed in calendar year 2012
no later than 11:59PM PST on February 1, 2013!
Please note: we will not be able to accept submissions received after 11:59PM PST on February 1, 2013 for award consideration.
To ensure your leasing and sales achievements are accurately represented in the award rankings, you must report all of your completed transactions -- including renewals -- on the Excel templates available on the Submit 2012 Deals
. The specific information needed is noted in the 2012 Sale and Lease Award Transaction Templates.
Don't be overlooked! Make sure CoStar has all of your deals so you will receive proper credit and qualify as a CoStar Power Broker Award winner. Remember, information on deals submitted after February 1, 2013 will not be counted towards awards.
