Atlas Storage LLC, an affiliate of Elite Storage Management Group, purchased the self-storage facilities at 1086 and 1096 Calimesa Blvd. in Calimesa, CA for $2.6 million, or approximately $56 per square foot, from US Bank NA in an REO sale.
The property consists of a 38,036-square-foot self-storage facility and 8,295 square feet of
office space on 3.3 acres of land with frontage on both Calimesa Blvd. and the I-10 Freeway.
