Cabot Properties, a real estate investment firm, selected Transwestern Mid-Atlantic to oversee its Maryland industrial properties within the cities of Landover, Columbia and Jessup.
The assets include six buildings: 6600 Business Parkway, 9645 Gerwig Lane, 5801 Columbia Park, 8241 Sandy Court, 8242 Sandy Court and 8246 Sandy Court. The buildings total approximately 801,436 square feet and were constructed between 1968-1990, according to CoStar research.
Tommy Gentner and Brian Siegel will handle the leasing for the Sandy Court properties and Judith Lun will manage the entire portfolio.
