Cushman & Wakefield tapped Alison Cavanaugh as a senior director in the firm's Boston office. She joins Cushman & Wakefield from Cassidy Turley, where she served as a senior director.
In her new position, Cavanaugh will concentrate on tenant representation and agency representation services within Boston's central business district. She will also look to broaden the firm's Boston coverage while handling both national and international transactions.
Cavanaugh has spent more than 15 years in the commercial real estate
industry, brokering transactions on behalf of technology, legal, financial services and non-profit companies including AARP, Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP, Boston Private Bank & Trust Co. and GMO, among others. She was also assigned to lease the 300,000-square-foot, Class A 116 Huntington Ave. office building
in Boston's Back Bay for New Boston Fund, Beacon Capital Partners and Broadway Partners.
Cavanaugh is a graduate of Babson College.
