CSM Corporation has hired two executives to its leadership team to help the firm leverage its current portfolio while taking advantage of the improving real estate market.
has joined the firm as president of commercial properties and executive vice president of the company. In this role he will develop and execute the growth strategy for the group while overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Deckas has 25 years of industry experience, most recently serving as president of Opus / Founders Properties, where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of $3 billion in assets. Before that he worked at Heitman.
has joined CSM as senior managing director of its capital markets group. In her new role she will help the company gain access to new capital markets while executing strategic acquisitions, dispositions and other investment activities.
Larson has more than 25 years of commercial real estate
experience. She previously served as president of Keystone Advisors LLC, providing consulting services to owners and developers of commercial real estate covering investment, finance, brokerage and asset management. She also held positions at CBRE, Opus Corporation, and Richard Ellis, Inc.

Both professionals are active in the commercial real estate industry. Larson was elected the first female president of NAIOP-MN in 2001, and Deckas holds leadership positions in both NAIOP and ULI.
