Greg Fogg has joined the San Francisco office of Cushman & Wakefield as an executive managing director.

The 26-year industry professional brings his vast experience both as a landlord and tenant representative. In his new position, he will work exclusively with select clients to advise them strategically by utilizing his experience and knowledge of landlord and tenant motivations.

Recently, Fogg worked at JLL as a managing director where he represented his clients who were looking to achieve varying objectives including space acquisition, lease restructuring, and disposition.

Additionally, he spent more than 10 years representing ownership interests at the Shorenstein Co. and William Wilson & Associates, which later became Cornerstone Properties. During his tenure at Cornerstone the team he led was responsible for leasing more than 11 million square feet of office space throughout Northern California, Minneapolis, and New York. Fogg has also represented Equity Office Properties and Rockefeller Mitsubishi in their leasing of San Francisco office space.

Some of Fogg's top clients include Virgin American Airlines, Levi Strauss & Co., ARUP, Mizuho Bank, Matthews Asia Funds, and Piper Jaffray.

Fogg earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and Spanish from Lake Forest College in Illinois.
