CPP Continues Expansion, Adds Four New Members to Brokerage Group

Stacie Vrooman named president of property management.
Commercial Property Professionals (CPP), a full service brokerage firm, enhanced its brokerage group with the addition of four new hires in Atlanta, GA.

Stacie Vrooman will serve as president of property management. In her new position, she will manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties totaling more than 1.1 million square feet. Vrooman previously served as vice president of property management at Oakmont Industrial Group. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo.

Christopher Little, Ben Johnson and Parker Stiles join the firm as associates. Little offers more than 16 years of sales and leadership experience. He previously worked as a residential realtor for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Metro Brokers. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Johnson has six years of experience working as an agent and project manager at Southeastern Realty Group and Phoenix Atlanta Capital. He will be primarily responsible for land sales at CPP. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Stiles will focus on industrial and landlord representation in his new position. He is a recent graduate of Kennesaw State University.
